public health issue.
Please make sure to including the following important components in the final paper.
Issue = Create a social media campaign to prevent diabetes among population of Filipino-Americans in Santa Clara County, California
Background: Your background should include a description of the issue, the population affected, and the broad
context (socio-political) in which the issue exists. Be sure to include supporting epidemiological data.
Literature review: Review relevant health communication literature. NEED AT LEAST 3 PEER REVIEWED JOURNALS!
Social marketing campaign plan: Develop a social marketing campaign plan including components of
message(s), product, place, price, and promotion.
Critical Analysis: Assess and describe the essential similarities and differences between your social marketing
campaign and a business/commercial marketing strategies developed by a famous commercial company, e.g.,
Coca Cola, Ford.
As with any paper, you should include an introduction and a conclusion.
Be sure to reference your sources within the body of the
paper and attach a reference page, using APA format. All papers should be double spaced, 12-point font, 1”
margins (please do not justify the right margin), and include page numbers, and a cover page.
